So get this.........

I got a call from my BOSS telling me I had to be on a Conference call today with HR, I was like oh get, I sent the HR Dept a letter to stop all withholdings and they were fine with that after a couple pay checks I get this call from my boss then a email reminding me of the HR meeting about LEGAL ISSUES. So i just got off the call, and im POed, the HR lady said "our legal dept says you can not not have taxes takin out or you check" So I said one word "WHY" she said "its state and fedral law" so I said one word "WHERE" she said "Im not gonna argue with you" I ask her if i could contact legal and she said NO only the HR can LOL OK Then my boss go on there and said he didnt like my tone and I should be more friendly, (yea I was thinking these people havent even looked at any laws) so I asked the HR lady if she can contact (PRAY TO) Legel dept to get any copy of the LAW they were following, she said its COMPANY POLICY to get a W-4 from every employee, I asked so you are forcing me to sign the W-4, she said "Im not argueing with you" needles to say nothin was accomplessed exepted im problly FIRED lol I dont care Ill fight them till im green and suggestions. Oh the reason I am fighting is becouse, well my Family is not making enough to get by the extra $800 a month would help

If you're serious about taking action you may consider not speaking to anyone on the phone. Handle everything through e-mail and written letters to document their position. Then you will have a nice paper trail to file suit for them acting under color of law.

Both parties are acting under color of law. It is not like he is in equity or common law in this situation, he is in admiralty/ maritime jurisdiction and his employer has sovereign immunity. If he sues his case will be dismissed.

FBIman is voluntarily receiving a benefit by working for a US corporation as one himself. He is subject to his creator, Congress as a naturalized citizen with a SSN. That is what the income tax is all about, corporate profit.

FBIman, use the brains that God gave you but not by beating them against a concrete wall. What you are doing has been tried over and over and it doesn't work so either be a good wage slave or start your own business and tell them to shove their job. In the meantime file max exemptions if you can because now you have forewarned them.

A frontal assault won't work against a superior force, use the element of suprise and maneuver around resistance next time.

I feel the same way. I don’t like being robbed on every hour of labor I put in but out of all the stuff I’ve heard, I like rottweiler’s advice the best. These are unscrupulous people that will change the rules and the meaning of words as they go to keep people their slaves. I personally am afraid to challenge them.

Fighting ignorance is just as difficult as fighting IRS criminals. If you know how to do both the you are in a good shape. You'll have to look to the future too. What strategy do you have to fight off a levy... because it's all over when the Notice of Liens goes to the employer. They are not going to fight for you.

That's assuming fbiman is not or has not taken steps that establish the SSN he received was forced upon him through constructive fraud.

The reason the woman told FBIman she would not argue with him is because she knows working for a corporation involves a master and slave relationship. If you accept the federal/feudal benefits you are their slave subject to the admiralty/maritime jurisdiction. So to me, volunteering for slavery and then being disobedient makes no sense. If you don't want to follow the captain's orders get off his ship.

If mafia goons come to my shop and tell me I must give them 10% of my net or they are going to break my arms and bust up my shop I believe I have 4 choices.
1)I do exactly what they say and maybe even join their gang.
2)I close the shop up and open in a different area away from their influence.
3)I start my own gang and go to the mattresses.
4)I do nothing.

1 or 2 seem like viable options.
3 is suicide because no one will join my gang leaving me hopelessly outgunned. After all the year is not 1776.
Proving to the mafia what they are doing is fraudulent falls under 4) I do nothing. I am sure the mafia goons will gladly stomp me for that.

We are like wild hogs slowly conditioned into a area with corn and when relying over a period of time on this free corn they have erected a fence of contracts around us. The cashless society is just one more section of fence, maybe the last one before the trap is complete. Then the slaughter will start.
