IRS bill for cigarettes

A friend of mine just got a bill form the IRS for $7000, seems that he was buying Cigaretets from Indians and the IRS is calling him a (sales) tax evader.

Has anyone heard of this before?

Examine what you are telling us. Is it a bill, or an accusation.

Either way it should be refused for cause timely unless your friend would like to donate $7K to the Treasury.
