Administrative remedy is handling the issue privately before it goes public (court), i.e. Accepted For Value, Conditional Acceptance, Notary Protest, etc. Getting your adversary to agree with you by default or tacit agreement.
If one is in court and being told they need to bring in books and records they obviously haven't exhausted their administrative remedy or probably have even tried too.

ezrythym,
You are looking at the situation I was describing from the wrong perspective. The person from whom the IRS is demanding books and records is not at that meeting voluntarily. Nor is that person there because they called the meeting.
So too the person is not in court voluntarily. The person is in court because the court ordered the person to be there.
There was no administrative remedy available to the person. The person is on the defense throughout the process I am describing. The person is not the beligerent claimant.
I hope this helps you see the situation in the correct light.
Now to be fair to you. Please demonstrate Acceptance for Value, Conditional Acceptance, Notary Protest has worked for you in any dealing with the adversarial IRS or DOJ. I will even accept notarized proof from someone you know and have personally be involved with their victory. Your post such documents here, and I will give them the credence they will so richly deserve.

Administrative remedy is commonly used all the time. In fact, the IRS uses it to secure convictions and judgements just by default on their victims part.
One always has administrative remedy available. In fact one may ask the black robe for time in order to exhaust administrative remedy for even as long as 180 days.
Here is a page by a service that explains AR some more and will provide service for you for a fee although one doesn't need to hire another and may perform it for themself.

Whether documents are posted or not the processes aren't going to care if they receive credit but if you feel you deserve all the options availalble to you, it's up to you if you want to learn and make use of them.

ezrythym,
I am sure you mean well when you direct me to another site with alleged information on it. I do not pay attention to any such information that is presented anonymously. Especially when it is asking for money for a process which offers no proof whatever of efficacy. Unless it cites court cases I can research for myself.
You state you can ask the black robe for time, etc. I defy anyone to ask one of them for time when the bench is threatening contempt for not answering questions or producing documents; if that person is not making the legal statements I presented in a previous post.
You need to show me proof positive which I can verify there is any administrative process which works in that situation. Please do not provide another anonymous source.

Annonymous?
The website offers e-mail, location address and a phone number so I doubt the provider would remain annonymous.
Proof with court cases to look up?
AR is handled privately so case cites are not going to explain what or how AR was used. A case where AR was used will state terms like; "failure to exhaust administrative remedy" or "default judgement".
I'm sorry to say that it looks like that you are on the wrong site here if you are in want of cases to look up for help in the predicament that you are describing.

Had you bothered to mention in a previous post the information was not one the first page, and that I would have to open every other page of the site to find the complete contact information would have helped.
I never doubted whatever this process is, it is a private process having nothing to do with court. I could not understand why you were bringing it up relative to what I was discussing in a court room situation.
However, having stated the above I would now like to discuss some interesting conditions relaltive to the founder of the site, and apparently her two companies apparently behind it.
If this process is so effective, how is it the owner of the site did not use it to win, without going to court, on a traffic ticket she received? How come she could not stop her insurance rates being raised for three years? How come she voluntarily entered a proceeding in a federal bankruptcy court to stop a mortgage holder from taking her house? How come she did not use these effective processess to stop the federal lawsuit in which she is a defendant, among many others, from being filed in December 2007?
Since you seem to be so well versed in this process; perhaps you enlighten us all about just when the process is actually effective. it does not appear to me to be to effective for the owner of the site, the promoter of the scheme.
Perhaps you can tell us in just which Article of the Uniform Commercial Code the process called "notorial protest", also known as Notary Certificate of Dishoner is described as claimed by the owner of the site.

Ooooooookaaaaaaaay, unless something REALLY turns me off on a site I usually check out more than just one page that I was refered to. Especially regarding redemption, remedy, etc.
Now that you have expressed that you want your hand held, I'll see what I can do.
It's alright, sincerely I've wanted my held on occassion too. Shall we be redemption buds?

I think not. You have made it manifestly obvious you possess neither the ability nor desire to directly answer questions put to you.

Obvious to you doesn't make it true.
Sorry to see you have so much judgement against someone who is also interested in remedy.
Well, I offered.
May you receive much wisdom in Christ Jesus.
