Shoonra gives good advice in this case.

What percentage of Americans do you think have ever gone to a law library? Learn how to do legal research for yourself, learn about Administrative Law and learn how to brief cases.

Suggestions:
Legal Research: How to Find & Understand the Law, by Attorney Stephen R. Elias & Attorney Susan Levinkind

Understanding Administrative Law, by William F. Fox, Jr., Professor of Law, The Catholic University of America

How To Brief A Case, Professor Lucy A. Marsh, University of Denver, College of Law

Who can argue against learning about legal matters from attorneys, judges and professors of law?

It doesn't matter what the right answer is, if YOU can't defend it.

Extorting employers to force a w4 on an employee, as well as any number of of IRS "tactic(s)," ARE criminal, not just potentially criminal.

The IRS is a private, organized, strong arm criminal racketeering syndicate, running a mafia style "protection" racket" under contract to a foreign occupation junta with municipal mercenary armed forces.

What, precisely, is "income," and for purposes of the foreign occupation's "tax code," where, precisely, and how, precisely, and by whom, precisely, is it lawfully defined, either in law (there is none), or under color of?

thanks Chinese Panda, you make some great points. I agree, work it out for yourself. I want to learn from judges, attorneys, professors etc., as long as they are not working in collusion (or naively) with the hijacked system. At this point I feel I have a time limit to deal with my situation, so it's a "what works?" mindset that I am in. This is why I posted my question. "Why does it work?" will probably have to parallel my efforts. I am familiar with the codes and Constitution, but I also know the courts have other masters.

I have been reading about the W8 form. It looks like it may be a battle with my employer to get them to accept me changing to that form. Anyone have experience with this?
