Most of the logic at the time was ...No valid OMB numbers on any IRS forms.

When the heat (whether justified or not) came down,
Kahn and others , including Milton Baxley his main Attorney, fled.
Eddie was later apprehended returning from
Panama. Very interesting story. Don't know about
court date or anything else; except I still have one of
Kahn's manuals.

I'd like to know that as well as I believe the above to be inaccurate.

The reporting of events that I've read is that Eddie was apprehended while IN Panama, under circumstances which I can only categorize as being exceptionally irregular.

Eddie Kahn was taken into custody in Panama and extradited to the United States in accordance with an order of extradition issued by the Panamanian government.

He was in Panama because things had become too uncomfortable for him in the United States, so he ran off, leaving all the people he had sold Corporate Soles and other programs to fend for themselves.

From all appearances, Eddie was not a true member of the tax honesty movement or any kind of a supporter of sovereignty or any other group attempting to bring our government back under control. He was just in things for the money and when his house of cards started collapsing, he ran like a weasel with its tail on fire.

bucks a year, you became a member. For modest fees.
their in house atty(s) would write letters to the devil
for you. It seemed to be a bargain. I've friends who did
that. None got into any fed torture; they were just shifting gears anyway.
