Pennsylvania State Tax Lien ????
Hello,

I have read allot on info on this forum concerning "Notices of Federal Tax Lien" and the applicable remedies to remove said Notices from the public record, via UCC-11, 3 and the like. However, I have a PA "State" Notice of Tax Lien filed against me in the county recorders office. I did an information request (UCC-11) from the DOS, and no information was on file. Therefore, I am intending to fill out the UCC-3, and take it down to the county recorder to have the "Notice of Tax Lien" removed. My question is, are there any members here who have had success with this technique, and is there any new information regarding the use of UCC-3 for removal of liens?
