hi all!

i got the following from one of my info sources (as always, verify for yourselves):

Tax Scam Exposed by Attorney General's Office

Credible voices continue to join those who have been working to expose the illegal enforcement of the federal income tax. Now comes a pair of legal scholars from no less than the Florida Attorney General's office. The press release can be found at

http://news.corporate.findlaw.com/pr...004142057.html

I've also attached it below:

Noted Tax Historian's Book Declares U.S. Income Tax as Direct Tax is

in Violation of Long-established U.S. Supreme Court Mandates

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Sept.30 /PRNewswire/ -- John Garrison, prominent tax law historian and

legal spe******t at Florida's Office of the Attorney General, today announced that the income tax is being erroneously enforced on employees as a direct tax rather than as the excise mandated by the Sixteenth Constitutional Amendment. The current enforcement as a direct tax is costing working Americans thousands of improperly collected tax dollars over the course of their lifetime. Garrison is currently writing about his findings in his book "The New Income Tax Scandal" which he is co-authoring with Brian Stabley, J.D., an Assistant Attorney General at Florida's Office of the Attorney General. "'The New Income Tax Scandal' is about the corruption that lies at the heart of the tax system," said Garrison. "As a result of my legal case against the IRS in 2000, the IRS now privately concedes that, in 1915, after the ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in the case of Brushaber v. Union Pacific that an income tax is an excise tax, and that it is to be enforced as such. An excise is not a direct tax on property, but an indirect tax. The critical difference is that a collection of income tax as an excise allows for the deduction of all living expenses since they are seen as necessary for the maintenance and conservation of one's income producing property, one's labor. With a direct tax, this is not possible. Given this, it appears that up to my legal case, the IRS had been operating as if it had no awareness of the Sixteenth Amendment's intent. Clearly, this revelation has enormous political and economic implications for every American employee and it is my hope that my book will compel policy makers to right this obvious injury to American workers." John Garrison has been engaged in tax law research and tax reform activism for over two decades. He currently serves as a legal spe******t at Florida's Office of the Attorney General, Bureau of Administrative Law. Brian Stabley is an Assistant Attorney General at Florida's Office of the Attorney

General, Bureau of Administrative Law.

Wow that is great information. Onward the battle pushes. You know if the sheeple happen to open on eye and notice things aren't exactly right, I wonder what a stampede of a few million sheep can do to someone in its path. Wool is kinda rough on the skin. I do a little dance.

I refuse to believe anything a member of the BAR has to say. There is some other agenda being played here. Until the use of the ALL CAPS guy disappears, which is the use of fictions in law being applied to flesh and blood men and women, (then we won't need liars from the BAR anyway). Anything these traitors have to say must be viewed as another deception, as that is all they trade in. Once we return to Anglo Saxon Common Law as full liability sovereign men and women, then and only then, will we be safe from these predators. If you need a lawyer to tell you what is legal then you are NOT sui juris. Only legal fictions need lawyers as they are mindless entities, a creation of the law, a figment of the imagination.

my thinking is there is a definite hidden agenda here.

something like:

1. ok, too many are aware the IRS is a scam.

2. let's drop our brother thieves as we have no honor.

3. this will pave the way for a HIGH VAT...

or something...

There's been talk for quite a long time that, since so many were finding out the truth, that either some gov't crony or or another group that might feel the backlash, once it became too commonly known, would spill the beans, act surprised, like he'd just found out and roll over on the IRS to save his own skin.

According to the KenG IRS 101 videos over at http://www.showmethelaw.net, that voluntary compliance is down from the 90% range in the 80's to a little above 60% now. He also says that he's seen IRS numbers of 72 million no longer filing. I don't know where he got the numbers, so I can't comment.

I did see a scanned letter from the IRS on Eddie Kahn's site before it was shut down (still accessible from web archive), that over 63 million hadn't filed for 1996. Read the Great IRS Hoax book at the famguardian.org site about the "epidemic of nonfilers".

Thanks for the link.
