No Tax Owing This Year

and I am not employed via W2 presently but if I stop paying future taxes, having paid previous years taxes, does that mean I am contracted? Because I have no fear of returning, to the IRS, a refusal for cause with 'your presentment is dishonored'.

Is this what I will have to do in order to unhinge myself from the IRS or if not, then what do I do in order to do this ? If redemption is the key, I am still working on my paper(s) for this.

this is not meant in a derogatory manner, maybe more as constructive criticism, so dont take it the wrong way.

You have been a member here barely a month and from reading a few of your posts, you are completely new to all of this. It does not matter how much you read and post, you are NOT going to understand all of this stuff in a few weeks or even a few months, you just cant do it.

I studied tax codes, statutes, cases and regulations for 10 years before i joined this board and i still learn stuff about taxes that i didnt know, taxes of all kinds, history, foundation of law, treaties, etc.

Many of your posts are nonsensical ramblings filled with haste, anger, profanity and so on.

You say that you have been reading alot, but reading is not the answer, you must comprehend, learn and retain the knowledge, FULLY UNDERSTANDING what you are reading and this is not an easy task.

SO take some time, slow down and research one or two things at a time, when you solve that problem or answer a question, move on to something else.

Thom

The answer to your question above is if you are a corporate citizen subject to the tax code, then you owe taxes for all taxable income that you earn. You cant be a part of the system, receive its benefits and priviledges and not pay the tax. You should do some research on presentments, R4C and dishonour before communicating with the IRS. You may also wish to refrain from parroting suggestions to others without understanding something fullly for yourself.

All taken into consideration. I am reading, listening, etc. I do know this, that if I DON'T ASK, then I won't know either. So while I am gaining here with the questions that I did ask and would not have to ask again, I still have a few more to go so if you would kindly indulge me I do appreciate it.

BTW, I bite when provoked. Profanity works for me in some instances. After a long period of time having to chap my lips, I just don't feel obligated to have any ulcers in the future.

Prefixing your post with 'constructive criticism takes the edge off. Thank you.

Lots of info.

Do you have a reedemtion course? If not PM me and I can send you one. ThomPaine is right... you need to digest this over time. My wife and I have been working for about 3 years now and we are still not "experts" but have more knowledge about various processes than most. I am a member of a solid informational group and I have been to a number of seminars around the country and there are a multitude of approches to "jumping ship".. each one has good points and bad points. There is no one best way to accomplish all of your goals. Knowledge is the key to success in any method you choose. From what I have learned though the methods that work "in the box" are riskier than "out of the box" methods because when you are in the box then the rules can change on a whim and then you are stuck battling an enemy that changes at every turn and it can be tiresome. You want to pull moves that are purely administrative and have a clear "checkmate" goal with each one that is carfully planned before making the first move.

Additionally before you start pulling out the plugs you have to consider the implications and the order of the steps you take.

I know several people who are sovereigns, but because they choose that route before securing their land and property ... they are soveriegns without a country and that can cause issues. I'm not a sovereign yet, but I am in the process of getting my land patent since I finally obtained my allodial title after a hard year of work. So once I complete the final steps then I have a place to "land". Additionally there are some various tricks that you will learn in different methods of disconnecting that can put you in a very good financial position ... which is wise. Because once you are fully "unplugged" then you may find it difficult to produce income to provide you and your family with the things that you need to survive. You have to position yourself slowly and make a roadmap of how you want your journey to go and a clear destination at the end. It is always our first impulse when learning about the pile of doo we are in to want to cut loose all ties at once, but patience and persistance will net a happier ending to it for you.
