Addresses IRS

Still bored ? Why not ask them some questions about "delegation of authority" [ which they could never get ! ] That ought to make them really crazy !

Addresses IRS

A bit more on "addressing" as follows:

**Question***

If sending any correspondence, shouldn't one perhaps

send (also) to:

United States Treasury-or-Department of the Treasury

Commissioner

Internal Revenue Service

111 Constitution Ave. NW

Washington, DC 20224

**(addressed per being "with" (in) the Federal Zone)**while any "return" or originating address should reflect "foreign" addressing standards, also noting "Non-Domestic / Non-Federal"

**Reply**

I would address U.S. Mail to Everson as follows:

Mr. Mark W. Everson

Commissioner of Internal Revenue

1111 Constitution Ave., N.W.

Washington 20224

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, USA

to avoid the current controversy about

the true origin(s) of the IRS.

BUT ... do use the "foreign address format"

because D.C. is "foreign" with respect to the

municipal jurisdictions of the 50 States of

the Union.

The office of CIR was created by Act of Congress,

so stay with what's Lawful.

**Reply/Question**

As always, Thanks for your insight and wisdom, I now understand where / why you suggested as such. Then any FOIA, re MFR for IRS inquiries should be addressed to the Treasury, a "viable" "Entity/Fiction", unlike

IRS / Trust62 Domiciled in PR?

Still "foggy", but clearing daily...

**Reply***

Yes, U.S. Department of the Treasury --

the one created by Title 31:

Their FOIA procedures are here:
