Just got this letter today from the vIRuS folks. Looks like a good response. Actually, looks like IRS tap dancing to me. Folks, check out the SEDM site. They got some good info there! It was the CP 504 response letter that got this response from the IRS. Sorry for the lousy scan but at least you get the picture.
