An opinion from one who chooses to post deception!

Woe to you!

Codee,

Lawdog is only speaking of his state's and federal rules, there are a few states which still allow a demurrer. When I looked up the suject of demurrers, it was stated that they had been abandoned for the most part because they tend to draw out the length of a trail. This is because in most cases, the judge had to allow the plaintiff to amend the complaint to correct the errors in law pointed out by the demurrer (the matters of fact in the case are considered to be materially true in this instance)

According to this article, defense counsels will point out legal faults to opposing counsel due to courts policy to negotiate beforehand.

demurrers

Georgia does allow for demurrers in CRIMINAL cases. But from the context, it appeared that civil cases were the topic.

We decline that invitation. - State v. Skurdal, Supreme Court of Montana, 235 Mont. 291, 767 P.2d 304 at 308 (1988).

At LEAST challenge SMJ.

Ask Little Brother 'bout that!

Better yet, search here for Codee's SMJ Challenge.

giles

Little Brother 192: I was responding to farmer giles of ham's post, not yours, when I talked about demurrers. Maybe he meant both criminal and civil cases should be met with demurrers, but it seemed that he was talking civil cases.

Hello,

In your attached doc labeld garn-doc. You stated that as an administrator that you should contract with the sheriff department for protection of property and sovereign rights. You said something about lookin up CAFR (what is that) and that get proof of payment to them. Now are you saying that since they are getting paid through tax papers through head count that we've already paid them or used what they added as cost per dept head and pay them directly.

- CAFR = Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, every city, county, state an so forth has one. Examples see the site: http://cafrman.com/

- Recall the term "Welfare state"? When you get protection by the sheriff through state taxation you are receiving benefits from the state, therefore you are perceived as an incompetent subject getting welfare.
Now what does Yahweh's book of law say about welfare?
You get a private agreement nailed down with him and it has the legal thorns to turn the tables when you are in certain situations if you know what I mean.

Basically it started out as one of the documents used for traveling, then I found other good uses for it that look promising too. Eventually I will post a sample of this in the group when I get a chance.
