Injunctions against free speech

So far in this tax movement, many researchers with websites have allowed themselves to be taken off line by attacks from the justice department.

Taxgate.com, nite.org, etc. have been forced to remove their content under
some characterization as "commercial speech".

I would guess that the weak point in any of these cases was the use of attorney's.

Still though, whatempirical details can we discuss in order to build proper defenses against being prevented from speaking the truth.

My observation is that intimidation and coercion have been enough to gut the 1st amendment. And this includes the corporate media strangulation, which is
probably the true source of such activity.

If Rockefeller's creation of the AMA was successful in eliminating Wilhelm Reich, Royal Rife and who knows how many non-allopathic healers why wouldn't the a coup by corporate interests offer such power over the remainder of us?
