When they hide their identity

Anyone familiar with methods to force the tax agency (FTB in this case) to reveal the names of those agents involved in collection efforts?

I used the California PRA and IPA and the response was that they don't issue identities for "security reasons". I'm sure this is most likely Job Security they are mentioning here.

I requested positive identifications for all agents involved in the collection process for my "case". I was expecting, at the very least, some names. I was told that they don't give out badge IDs for security reasons. No mention of names at all. They are hiding their identities.

Any data they enter has the employee ID on the IMF. That's your only recourse is to get the IMF. I'll have to look over my notes if there's somewhere in D.C. you could check out.

.

I believe it is the TXMODA Report that has the employee number on it that did the illeagle SFR, not the IMF. Both are good to get though.

In this case,I'm trying to find the identities of state revenue agents in California, not the IRS. The IMF is IRS only, right?

Sounds like a terrorist to me. Terrorists hide their identities and operate covertly. I think you have a terrorist stalking you.

Just my thoughts
