filing taxes after UCC-1 filing?

Hey guys..im new to this forum. And i have some questions that i need to be answered. Ok I'm just wondering that if you do a UCC-1 filing and then later you file a income tax return that you got...do you get penalized or go to jail..or something like that..

Could you please clarify what you mean, or what you did regarding the UCC-1 and filing an income tax return?

But in the meantime, make sure you qualify as a taxpayer. It's all about jurisdiction.
