Revenue Officers and CID

How much are Revenue Officers and CID workers paid? Does any one have a website for enforcement crackdown statistics on non-filers? If you don't pay income taxes, haven't you lost your right to be represented by a Congressman or other government employee? I saw a fairly rigorous response and rebuttal of the idea that Social Security is a contractual system. How authoritative is Larry Becraft on tax matters? Is Homeland Security being used to track tax fraud? Thanks for responses to these questions...

Basis for Questions

Some people are purists when it comes to the law--haven't done anything wrong, so why are they bothering me? The government believes transactions and life in America needs to be transparent, unprivate. People should be fully educated about the practical consequences of the law, never had a law course in high school or college. My first real knowledge came through a frivolous lawsuit and a fellow who welched on a land deal. It would be worth knowing enforcement statistics--to treat the law like a chess game, only make good moves see what variations have led to defeat. I doubt they will send a revenue officer after one of the posters to this site. I have known serious consequences following IRS failures. There is so much legal tax fraud that never gets answered by government. It would also be interesting to know which banks are doing data mining, cell phone companies, etc. and who they are trading it with...
