alleged tax debts and personal notices?

Had a thought the other day.

I'm sure everyone here is familiar with the "personal notices" people place in newspapers. E.G.: "Not responsible for ex-wife's debts," etc.

Well, any thoughts on doing the same thing regarding alleged tax debts based on alleged assessment?& You know: "Will not be responsible for any alleged tax debts lacking proof of authority, proof of debt, and and verification of debt," etc?

Just thinking out loud.
