Re:paying taxes

Randy,

Wow. That is some experience.& I admire you for having the guts to REALLY stand up for what you believe.& I'm still working and I haven't had the guts to do what you did.& So far I haven't felt the real sting of this movement.

Hang in there.& When you need to ventilate, there is always& Sui Juris.& thank God we have this site to come to when we are really feeling alone and vulnerable.

You say that you are new to this stuff, but you have already demonstarted a lot of knowledge, and you have already helped me, so thank you for being part of Sui Juris.

Ice-

How do we vote if& we are no longer able to vote?& You said that these&attorneys need to be defeated at the voting booths.& It's going to take a lot of people that are into this to get them voted out.& I feel like we are still a long way away from enough people waking up and seeing the real truth& to get things changed at the voting booths.

Re:paying taxes

Each of us need to find out how to work within our own communities in order to vote&the right people into office.& I've heard guys say stuff like "I ain't smart enough to run for office"... but that's the whole point!!& What we need are common sense folk that will not only speak plain english... but write it!& Why should we continue to put BAR card holders into office so that they can continue to build this maze of language that does nothing but confuse people?

Who do you know in your community?... start talking about how confusing lawyers and attorneys make everything... and how this government can be and was made to be run by normal folks ... and not by some that think they are "special" cuz they went to school and tossed their common sense out the window.

Ya gotta start somewhere... and Mr. Tongue and Mr. Lips work together to form words... and it don't cost anything to speak your mind...

And you can always send people to this website or download "stuff" that will get the idea across to them.

Gotta start somewhere.

Hey, Jim....

I'll run off-topic for just a second.....

Older daughter and I "bumped" into this chap and his newest "fiance" several months ago. I marched myself right up to him and talked to him like we were the best of pals, asked him how business was going, etc. (Yeah, coulda knocked him over with the feather).

After we walked off, Chelsea (my daughter) revealed that "female-gene thing" they got goin' for 'em. First thing she said: "Did you see the size of that ring?"

I'd paid no attention. When I met his second fiance/wife (now an ex), she was wearing a paulty $10,000.00 necklace.& Okay, back to topic....

Re:paying taxes

I talk to everyone that I can about this stuff.& Most of the people that I work with think I am crazy.& A few show some mild interest, but want to wait and see what happens to me.& A few want to believe it, but they are too afraid of what might happen to them if they start standing up for their rights.&

I was reading a an articole on the Aware Group Forum (I couldn't get in to Sui Juris yesterday at all), and it was from 2 retired IRS workers and they were talking about the fraud that the IRS has been perpetrating against everyone.& They said that you could claim 9 dependents on your W4 and nothing would come out of your paycheck.& That might be a non-confrontational way of stopping withholding (okay, it's the coward's way).& But for those of us that still have JOBS, and can't afford to be layed off, it would be one way.& Just a thought.

Re:paying taxes

But you must be able to demonstrate that you have 9 dependents when they come knocking... and if you can't then you will really be hit.& Read the W-4 real careful before you sign it... and make sure that you reserve your rights... like the right to be prosecuted for being untruthful in regards to the number of dependents you have.

But, the court thing is another matter all together... ain't it?

Re:paying taxes

I currently manage the office for a Custom Commercial Millshop. Some of my co-workers including myself are very aware of the Income Tax Fraud and the IRS Bully's that do the collecting. I do NOT honor any NOTICES of LEVY and allow all workers to determine for themselves wether or not they will fill out a W-4 form. This is my question: As the Payroll Clerk and the Bookkeeper I am certain that 941 reporting and year end W-2's are key evidence in this fraud and I am not sure how to deal with this. I have a CPA over me and he files the Corporate 1120's at fiscal year end. Of course my books show the total Wages and Salaries and this is what the CPA Reports on his 1120 form. If I was to withold the workers W-2's that do not pay in to the Fraudlent FWT, then the figures on the W-2's submitted will not match the CPA's figures on the 1120 form. I want to know how a Bookkeeper should handle this situation. I want to do the right thing by the workers. I also want to do the right thing by my Boss who is a wonderful man and a great company to work for. I would never ever even consider adjusting the books and I shouldn't have to. Are there any Bookkeepers out there that have discovered the proper way to handle reporting to Federal and State reporting agencies without exposing the workers?

Re:paying taxes

First of all, congrats for trying to do the right thing by the owner and employees.

As to a CPA that may be able to advise you, I just sent you a PM with one's contact info. He is aware of the IRS fraud and I hope he can offer you advice that will help your situation.

Regards,
Sui Juris
