<DIV>Hello! This is the first message I'm ever writing and hopefully not my last. Anyway I want to speak about the case at hand. My daughter is in court for an assault charge and I'm having problems trying to discharge it.&I filed with the system my acceptence for value and return for settlement and closure, they shut me down in court. Then at another time I bond the case thru my treasurey&account and the judge walked right thru me like I wasn't even there, even after I stripped him thru his oath of office. I'm not giving up the struggle. Is there a remedy for this case, if so I would greatly appreciate your opinon.</DIV>

<DIV>Thank You,& hii-lele-hoo</DIV>

Re:juvenille

Well more info about the case is needed but, have you tried to ask the court to prove jurisdiction first?

Thank you for responding Jersee, and the answer to your question is no I did not ask the system&to prove it's jurisdiction. But I will ask that question, the next time we&meet which will be on the 14th of April.

The clock is ticking!!!!& The&plaintiff wants to press charges and the the probation person wants restitution. They want a weekend in detention, payment for Injuries,a letter of apology, etc.

I've asked them to bring all claims forward, so I could discharge it. I've also let them know that I had the superior claim, and we're " BUCKING HEADS"!!! I'm not going to let them get the best of me without a " Battle"

& Thank you, hii-lele-hoo

Re:juvenille

hi,

i hope you are not looking for last minute miracles here. I can understand your situation but, there is much study to be done to protect yourself in this type of situation. That kind of study takes more than 30 days because you could get jammed up in court if you are unknowledgeable.

Anyway, I thought I would mention that first.

Watch the richard cornforth video--it may help since you have not given specifics of your case. Here is the link: http://www.kel.cc/downloads/TaxStuff...eos/index.html
