Corruption of Blood
From Clyde Hyde of Lawwork:
Our constitutions make provisions forbidding a corruption of blood but few have any concept on what this means.* A corruption of blood was a observed in England by the King and extended to all the family of the guilty party.* It was a means of control, such that if you offended the*King by treasonous conduct, he took away all which belonged to you and effectively denied any inheritance for your family.
*
It was very effective as the family was marked to poverty and all property went to the*King, thus it was a great deterrent to making war with the King.* Thus our founders, wanting to outlaw such abuse, provided for the protection of property.
*
"The legal result must be the same, for what cannot be done directly cannot be done indirectly.* The Constitution deals with substance, not shadows"* Carmell v Texas, 529 U.S. 513 (2002) quoting the legal principle in Cummings v Missouri, 71 U.S. 277 (1867).
*
*The attainder of death was usually accompanied by a forfeiture of the condemned person's property to the King and the corruption of his blood, whereby his heirs were denied the right to inherit his estate.* Blackstone traced the practice of "corruption of blood" to the Norman conquest.* He considered the practice an "oppressive mark of feudal tenure" and hoped that it "may, in process of time, be abolished by act of parliament."* 4 W. Blackstone Commentaries *388.* The Framers of the United States Constitution responded to this recommendation.* Art. III, § 3.
*
Today, a slow corruption of blood exists to effectively milk the People of their labor and material wealth as the excuse for oppressive taxation.* What can not be done directly is done indirectly and over a longer period of time,*with the same effective results that there is little or nothing to pass on after death.* My Mother after the death of my Father was forced to sell half the land and thus my parents having*worked all their lives, passed on only 6 months worth of*wages to me.* The same oppression is evident in almost all families in the USA and*the World.* The World at large may have an excuse as it is not forbidden by their law, however the USA has no excuse

CORRUPTION OF BLOOD - English Crim. Law. The incapacity to inherit, or pass an inheritance, in consequence of an attainder to which the party has been subject
When this consequence flows from an attainder, the party is stripped of all honors and dignities he possessed, and becomes ignoble.
The Constitution of the United States provides, that no person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval, forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger, and by Art.3, s.3, n.2, it is declared tbat 'no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture, except during the life of the person attainted.'
