I agree.There are many TAs that love quoting the rulings of the tax court. That so-called court is a joke at best and is totally stacked againt anyone that goes up against the IRS in that venue. This just proves that there is no fairness and I am sure many people have been falsely ruled against. This is just more evidence of the conspiracy. And yes, I believe it to be a conspiracy due to the fact that the powers that be conspire against the people. After all is that not what a conspiracy is?

Much like the secrecy of the "tax court" Quatloos is trying to hide posts made by David Merrill by moving them so as to keep people dealing with tax issues or anything else for that matter from seeing them and learning any realo truth. David posted an Admiralty Counterclaim over there for educational purposes regarding tax matters and since no one knows how to rebut it, they try to hide it from those that may learn something from it. They say it is worthless gibberish as usual and put it in rantings and ravings. Well, if it is so worthless then why the need to move it and try to hide it from those that go to quatloos for answers. Of course we know the only answer one gets over there, if you disagree with them, is the usual character assassinations rather than any real dialogue or searching for truth.
