? regarding a True Bill and International Claim

This is a question for Jason Whitney or anyone that has knowledge regarding a True Biil on an International Claim that comes from Winston Shrout. What is the method for computing amounts? Why are the emounts so exorbitant on the True Bill? Need some additional explanation so that one undestands how the True Bill is used. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The rest of the International Claim is not a problem. I have been asked to put this out for someone that is currently wanting to use tha IC.

the amounts come from the particular situation you are in. It most always includes triple damages. lets say you accept for value a instrument worth $100,000. if they dont give you the product of their offer or the money, then your claim would be $400,000 . lets say you were illegally incarcerated. there is case law from tampa city which spells out what the statutory courts will pay out for false arrest. thats another example. its mostly about just compensation. whatever they took from you, you get equal value back. you could even use the usc codes and get their dollar amounts for crimes and run it into your claim if its relevant. plus triple damages or course. triple damages comes from the Bible.
