Do you have the knowledge to comprehend what "lame duck" refers to in order to make a proper application of the compound term?
Interesting that you perceive a parapalegic water fowl would defecate what usually passes through male bovine bowels.
You must enjoy wading in that BS, since it appears, by your own admission above and your continued presence, to be what you are doing here.

Atleast I'm honest! I don't run around saying, "those laws don't apply to me", " have my bible, thats my law", ect.. ALL BS.
No judge will listen to it, and anyone saying they will is a lying their butts off.
Why tell someone who owes a debt, all this nonsense of how to get out of thier responsability?? They will pay, sooner or latter. Sure, file what you want, but every hour that a shyster works on it, paralegal, investigator, ect.., your going to pay.
If debt, taxes and all this other crap was so easy to get out of, then why did Al Capone go to prison for tax evasion?? I'm sure his group of shysters know a heck of alot more than people in here, and they didn't help one of the most powerfull men in America at that time.

So, how is that any different than anyone else trying to get out of taxes, child support, credit card debt, ect, ect?? How? AC isn't the only one, but I threw his name out, as a comparison to others who "think" they are going to "beat" the system. Just isn't going to happen, sooner or later, you'll pay.

Because Cracking the Code was not published at that time.
Anyone going to prison for tax evasion is using a lawyer and you're 99% guaranteed to go to jail for evading taxes.

Pearls before swine...
...giving advice to ndusa is futile.
He has ATTEMPTED to ridicule Common Law knowledgable members of SuiJuris, then purports (I still feel he is an agent prevocateur) to file a Commercial Lien under the name of a Common Law Lien, while rudely rejecting an offer of help from a former North Dakota real estate broker.
Beyond all that, we have to listen to cute 'slurs' (Sooey) from someone who is reminisent of an auto-erotic post adolescent.
Here is some advice for the original poster: Avoid ndusa ASAP.

Didn't realize I was giving "advice". Using lawyers is just asking for trouble in any case.
If you're a US c/Citizen you're bound to see the cross bar motel/hotel, period.

My bad!!
I apologize for a poor choice of words.
It was not my intention to cast aspersions upon your character nor intentions.
'Talking' to ndusa is futile. It appears he has an agenda.

As far as I know, Al Capone went to prison for failure to pay taxes on liquor imported from Canada, and not for failure to pay personal income taxes.
I could be incorrect though.
