Post Cracking The Code is Successful!

I just received this email and wanted to share.

http://www.losthorizons.com/tax/MoreVictories.htm

Applying the tax code and definitions as written, results in most domestic income being non-taxable.

P.S. Larken's case is coming soon. Another victory, perhaps?

Each of us needs to try different methods.

I am working on one right now. It might work, might not. However, i know that through careful study it is the right thing to do.
I'll be the first to post & say that I really put my foot in my mouth and apologize if it didn't

However, it seems like people keep posting about this CTC approach like it's the best thing since sliced bread, but they aren't doing the process.

I've only witnessed 2 members post stating their intention to undergo the process.
Those members being Charlene & Tora.

I hope I see their successes posted here.

So Weis says, do it, then talk about it. Quit sitting on the couch waiting for a dish to rattle.

DO SOMETHING !!!!! Whether it's this CTC approach or another-- You need to see for yourself.

I have f!@#cked up numerous times, but am able to honestly dissuade people from bad advice and tell them why not to do it.

Are you willing to take a slug for the cause?????

Or are you just gonna sit there blowing hot air, surfing the web ??????

Not only that, it seems that those 2 members who are doing the CTC approach are women.

This shows that some of you dudes need to step up and quit being little girls and shake things up

I understand there are 3 CTC books. Is this correct? Does a person have to start with Book1?

There are 2 separate organizations who have 2 different books, but w/the same title.

The 3 part series is by JHD & associates which deals w/the UCC stuff

The other CTC is for IRS stuff

Many have used CtC...

In June, I filed using CtC knowledge for 2 years. Have not heard from IRS as of yet, but I will be happy to keep you informed.

The CtC discussed here is found at:
http://www.losthorizons.com/Cracking_the_Code.htm

I found the other version a few years ago and also found mixed opinions over using UCC with the IRS. Not that UCC would not be effective if used properly, but Pete Hendrickson's book is simple, straightforward, and gives a common man the knowledge of how to properly file returns that correct IRS records regarding taxable income.

I can see only 2 situations that require filing of their forms:
1. When the IRS begins collections because of 1099's filed by payers.
2. To claim a refund of taxes paid through W-2 withholding.

Weishaupt1776, over the past 7 years, I have tried MANY different methods to get the pricks to leave me alone, but once they get evidence of taxable income they won't stop until (1), the liability is satisfied, or (2), the administrative record is corrected. My experience is that they ignore everything else. Since the IRS is a form-driven agency, the CtC approach allows us to correct the record by using their forms.

It has taken a long time for me to be willing to file abother tax return. CtC makes more sense than anything I have seen in quite a while.

my two pennies.

It is enough to make most people sick, reading on Quatloos. However it suits my research well to have such predictable debunkers.

http://www.quatloos.com/TaxForums/vi...asc&s tart=48

For the sake of politeness, you may read a recent post of mine there, here:

Quote:
Peter Hendrickson's philosophy and presumptions are quite sound in the fact you are all chattel. That is to say according to the Thirteenth Amendment the citizen of the United States and federal employee are synonymous.

A simplified method to view the controversy Hendrickson describes is that Section 6331(a) is removed from the Code citations on that back of the Notice of Lien form. The paragraph (a) says that Government Employees are subject to the lien codes. Of course until educated about the economic infrastructure of bankruptcy and why the Thirteenth Amendment was replaced at the end of the Civil War, many patriots/tax protestors claim that this is fraud by omission. I have even seen a letter from a senator agreeing with this. The misdirection is that only federal employees are subject to the lien. True. But a bad example because the history of the paragraph is a genuine federal employee importing liquors. It did not exclude any other persons liable.

In the original and still custom, we are to be claiming privileges of state Citizenship of clause 4 of the Constitution. When we are elected or appointed to serve, we lose that higher citizenship and become federal employees - citizens of the United States. That is why one would be fired from serving for accepting gifts and titles of nobility from foreigners. The Thirteenth Amendment was to protect the state Citizens from skewed representation in Washington DC.

Hendrickson has just worked that arguement out with more convincing code citations than 6331(a). An employer I know argued 6331(a) missing and was told point blank, "Every citizen of the United States is a federal employee!"

One of the people I interviewed recently, his wife inquired of her employer and the written report came back clearly that she is a "Federal Employee". It is complicated but she has received the full refund on some years past and then it seems like the IMF encountered a problem doing that and on other years she is being given the "frivolous" letter and charged $500. Sometimes it is amusing how double-minded and hypocritical it gets with the IMF/Treasury. So her next step is to swear under purjury that she is not a federal employee. [She is in fact viewed as a daughter corporation.] The issue may come to resolution soon this way. Either pay up, returning the refunds too; admit herself to the peonage or full refunds all around for all the years.

In summary making people be federal employees against their knowledge is at best bad faith. It equates to involuntary servitude. Making people be citizens of the United States is by all intents and purposes the same thing.

Regards,

David Merrill.

What really gets me laughing is the de jure Thirteenth Amendment was replaced by the de facto Thirteenth Amendment - the Slavery Amendment. Isn't that sweet! The pickle described above?

Somebody gave Pete this email address. No problem; just more SPAM to me. However this is the only fellow of his type to offer so much direct testimony:

First, More Victories For The Rule Of Law

'Cracking the Code-...' warrior George Baer has received a complete refund of all of his property which had been withheld from him and turned over to the federal government for "income" taxes during 2004-- Social Security and Medicare 'contributions' included. The evidence of this victory in upholding the law has joined that of George's identical victory for 2003 at www.losthorizons.com/tax/MoreVictories.htm.

and...

CtC warriors Sam and Joyce Bates have received, over the last couple of weeks, a total of 12 refund checks-- complete refunds from the state of California for 2001 and 2002, as well as 10 additional checks representing refunds of all federal withholding related to Sam's business during 2002 and 2003. More are expected soon. As Sam explains, "This all began as a result of an "Administrative Proceeding" that was to have taken place this past February. The Schultz ruling enabled me to stop that event and your publication CtC put the icing on the cake so to speak as I have been able to change the evidence on file with my amendments. I have amended from 2001 & 2002 forward as those were the years subject to audit." The evidence of Sam and Joyce's successful insistence that the law be obeyed as written is posted at www.losthorizons.com/tax/MoreVictories4.htm.

Talking Another apparent victory..

"My wife just received full refund for "all" taxes withheld
for 2004 which were filed CtC way!

Return mailed 7/1/05, IRS rec'd per green card 7/5/05. Rec'd Check today 8/1/05...."

http://www.losthorizons.com/Forum/_disc6/0000016c.htm

Now this is getting out of hand. If the word gets out beyond PH's 'groupies' as some would have it, the IR-ASS will be out of business come April 15.

I knew I should have written a book, but no one is interested in my foolish endeavors! Maybe I'll start an investment service. If I say 'BUY', you can bank on a 'SELL'.

Seriously, the IRS seems to be at a disadvantage in dealing with these CtC returns. They are practiced at Extortion/Coersion/Terrorism/Lying/Cheating, Liening/Levying(stealing) from non-filers, and discovering the cheats, but can't seem to handle proper filings beyond....er, um.....processing them.

Why are you worried IRS will go out of business?

Sounds like the way to go to me....

But you never know... the IRS may ask for the money back 5 years from now... if they are still in business.

Ctc

It would be nice to know the statistics... how many have used the method and how many have actually received refunds... and how many are still being hounded or have had property seized.

PH states in his book "the lucky ones" get refunds. Sooo... the question is: How many "Lucky ones" are out there?

I find it very very difficult to believe that the IRS will give up so easily... know what I mean?

I promise... I will make it to the board over there at some point in time. I'm just a bit busy at the moment.
