That just affirms what has been mentioned concerning admiralty proceedings. Before any lien or levy action can LEGALLY occur, they must first file action with the court for a warrant of distraint. They almost never do that, so if a search of the federal district court records turn up empty, file a Libel of Review with the district court. I'd also be filing criminal complaints against the agents in their personal capacities too

We have already seen that civil actions have been successfully taken against banks, and county clerks who wrongfully give the IRS your stuff without question! They have a fiduciary responsibility to question the legitimacy of any lien or levy paperwork.
If the banks and clerks were smart, they wouldnt do anything like that without a court order accompanying the paperwork. Great info leatherlips!
