Title 26 appendix

Go to http://straylight.law.cornell.edu/us...sup_05_26.html

Go down to Title XXXII-Lien and Levy Actions. Look at rules 330, 331, 332, 333, 334 and the "notes" on each one.

That just affirms what has been mentioned concerning admiralty proceedings. Before any lien or levy action can LEGALLY occur, they must first file action with the court for a warrant of distraint. They almost never do that, so if a search of the federal district court records turn up empty, file a Libel of Review with the district court. I'd also be filing criminal complaints against the agents in their personal capacities too . That F word comes to mind....FRAUD!!!!

We have already seen that civil actions have been successfully taken against banks, and county clerks who wrongfully give the IRS your stuff without question! They have a fiduciary responsibility to question the legitimacy of any lien or levy paperwork.

If the banks and clerks were smart, they wouldnt do anything like that without a court order accompanying the paperwork. Great info leatherlips!
