I was reading the Commercial Lien document last night from the downloads section.

I'd be very careful about appearances here. Just follow the rules. They are doing this in their work capacity. Send it to their work, registered, return receipt.

Make sure it appears that a commercial lien is something that you are forced to do as a very last resort. Make no appearance that this is the goal from the beginning.

You might even try to see about bringing about a legal suit against them, if they default, are noticed, warned and they still try to come after you.

Remember, you must appear to be giving them full due process and have exhausted every administrative route, and that they are forcing you into this extreme measure as only a last resort to protect yourself and your property.

Court of public opinion is something to consider. You don't want this to look like retribution.
