Man, do I appreciate that, Ice. I'd read it before, but couldn't find it. Then, over at famguardian, I found a link that has the 1939 Code, so I found the section in title 26 about "applicability," and I've been going back and forth comparing what was "repealed" and when and all that stuff.


Yep. This is the ONE topic I've not spent nearly enough time researching. Again, thanks.
