Goat Milk's better??

besides, they will mow your yard, keep down the briars, and better milk if one decides that they need such. Remember..Humans are the only species who continue to consume milk after they are weened, and it's the milk from a different species. Cow's milk is for COWS!!, Goat's milk is for GOATS!!, Human milk is for HUMANS!! Best to just stay away from it! for more, go here:

P.S. If you can show me in the bible where cows milk (organic) is bad or forbidden, then I might listen. Otherwise, there are a hundred or more opinions. Mine works for me, yours works for you.

A cursory glance at your links let me know that they are grasping at anything that sounds bad.

When you post a message, at the bottom of the page (below the submit button) there is a "Manage Attachment" button that I think it will help you to pick the file(s) you want to attach to your post.

Thanks test,
all, see my previous post. U can discharge the lien with a bond. Divest the nature of the lien (you are discharging your liability to that debt). It is then unenforceable on you!!

living off the land

If you folks are really interested in unplugging and living off the land... why not assist each other in reaching that goal?

Look, they have auctions of land that have been confiscated by the state for unpaid taxes and there have been some with a lot of acreage. It has to be bid on... but there is a way to go about this that could spawn an entire community on one huge parcel of land.

The first thing would be to start a fund... work out the financial details. The next thing would be to check out the list of the lands to be auctioned and make some choices. Attend the bid and bid until you have reached your financial limit. If you bid on the right piece of land at the right price... it could be resold as lots for development... and that brings MORE funds for the next auction. Now there are 2 options at this point. The first is to bid on land to resell for development... and the second is to bid on land to build on.

The ideal place to do this would be somewhere that you can easily obtain the patent numbers for the land that the surrounding counties sit on. It makes it easier to assert rights in the patent... better to plan ahead cuz hindsight sucks.

All you really need to figure out are the little details like WHO would you want to go into a deal like this with, how to set up the funding (start saving some $$ back now) and what area you should look for land in. (you might want to concentrate on the redevelopment stuff first... and then look for land to live on afterwards).

A few folks working together can acheive great things if they put their minds to it... and have their hearts in it. Remember, little squabbles always come up when working deals like this... so get all the bs out of the way before hand.

I could be of assitance... but it won't be on a volunteer basis.

When it comes to building ... contact me for the materials. You won't find a better deal -- but it is all fresh cut wood. All I need is a detailed list of the quantity for each size. To give you an example... we have a 14x20 work shop that didn't cost us more than $600.00 in wood. It even has a sliding door on the side and 2 windows. We recently built a 16x24 "canopy" over a trailer. If we had gone to a lumber yard the wood would have cost $800.00 or more. We got all we needed (and then some) for the bargain price of $274.00. And when you ask for a 2x4 -- it IS 2 inches x 4 inches!!

You folks could do this if you really wanted. Do a bit of research and think on it. Wouldn't it be nice to be set up to survive the next economic catastrophe?

Nice idea. The only drawback is that most of us are spread across the USA.

I'm willing to move, but since my plans to unplug require my staying here for a while, I'd have to secure a way to make money in my move....might be counterproductive. :(

So, I'm keeping an eye open for property in my area. For me, though, I want land off the beaten track. Anything easily accessible is bought up by people who do just what you suggest to make money on the flip sale a few months later.

They recently held a GSA auction on 85 desert acres in Laughlin, Nev. and the bids in total were millions over the appraised values. Of coarse Laughlin and Bullhead City are growing just like Phoenix and Vegas. I have a friend who has a brother who is an exec. at BLM, and according to him, the good property ( with water etc.) is always traded for other properties, mostly by the polititions! Arare thing that such would show up on the auction block. There are tons of land available in Nev, (I'm told) , but you have to bring water up before you can buy it. Most the wells around here go down over 1200 feet and it takes EPA to go between 1200 and 2400 feet.
