Taxable income not taxed?

I've got a new angle on how to become non-taxable. Follow me on this one. 26 USC 1 imposes a tax on the taxable income of:

Married individuals filing jointly
Heads of household
Unmarried individuals
Married individuals filing separately
Estates and Trusts

So, if you are an individual who is not a head of household, and neither married nor unmarried, then your taxable income is not taxed, right? You may be asking yourself - how can I be neither married nor unmarried? The answer is simple: Civil Unions. Fly to Hawaii and get hitched to a same-sex patriot and neither of you will ever have to pay income taxes again!

O.K., obviously I'm going to have to spell this out. I WAS ONLY BEING SARCASTIC. MY QUICK RESPONSE WAS NOT MEANT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. I WAS MOCKING THE IDEA. Hence, the [Not So] before "Sincerely" followed by my apology for ribbing Henry. I chose to rib Henry because for one he had just posted, and secondly, his views are similar to mine from reading his posts, so I figured it would wind him up in a light-hearted manner as it would if someone was raising a little hell with me.

I am now going to retire back in the stone age. And I am going sit in my cave and seriously reconsider the contempt I have felt for the first wining, sniviling, liberal, commy bastard that coined the phrase "homaphobic"!!!
