Cops arrest woman over $1.16 tax bill

Having NOT gotten into the IRS contesting area, I don't really know what many are going through. I found this article to be ridiculous. http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/ar...TICLE_ID=46833

This is classic.

This city manager confirms that if those who pay him don't pay him enough, they will have guns pointed at their head. "We have laws."

Hang that low class slimebucket deadbeat tax debtor on courthouse square. That'll show everyone they have to pay their tax bill.

(parody)

One day, they will get the picture, but it will only be for a split second. (not parody)

Depends on where the placement is, and/or whether or not you want them to suffer for a few hours

Well, I'd say when they get it, but technically, the IRS says so long as something is stamped by the Post Office before midnight April 15, it's not filed late.

Macerio, No the actual time it is considered "filed" is when the " IRS Service Center" gets it and they stamp it with a "Dockett Locater Number"??? What ever that is. You are hoping for some civil servant to clock your return with this magical number to show you are paying your fair share. So the Fed can make interest payments to the international banksters who are financing this "debt bubble" for fun and profit. Happy days are here again.

Document Locator Number (DLN) is the correct term. And I believe you're correct that it isn't "filed" until they actually either recieve a "return" or they submit a "return" for you, otherwise known as a "Substitute For Return" (SFR). But that would be the subject for a diferent thread.

City-Manager, Fred Enderle, says the original small amount owed is not the real issue.

“It's not about food, it's about keeping those puny little ants in line!" – Hopper, A Bug's Life.

The “Internal Revenue Service” is not a United States-Government-Agency, it is an Agency of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Diversified Metal Products v. IRS et al. CV-93-405E-EJE “U.S.D.C.D.I.,” "Public Law 94-564, Senate Report 94-1148 pg. 5967, Reorganization Plan No. 26, Public Law 102-391."

The language “International Monetary Fund” is defined as, “Agency of the United Nations established to stabilize international exchange and promote balanced international trade. See also World Bank.” "Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition, page 816."

This being true, wouldn’t any action by the so-called “IRS” necessitate a jurisdiction under International Law?
