This is the online complaint that I sent regarding:


JESS FRANCO, 95-02939


REVENUE OFFICER, JESS FRANCO HAD A SUMMONS SENT TO MY HOME, HARASSED AND THREATENED ME AT ON APRIL 6, 2004 EXAMINATION.AT THE SAME EXAMINATION, MR. FRANCO USED VULGAR LANGUAGE IN FRONT OF MYSELF AND A WITNESS. UPON CONVERSATION WITH THE MANAGER, AL BRYANT, IT IS APPEARANT THAT MR. FRANCO HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED A POCKET COMMISSION FOR ENFORCEMENT. I HAVE BEEN THREATENED WITH JUSTICE DEPARTMENT ENFORCEMENT BY MR. FRANCO. THIS SITUATION IS CAUSING MYSELF AND FAMILY A LOT OF STRESS AND MISERY. I WILL SEND A WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO THE NATIONAL TAXPAYER ADVOCATE, MY STATE SENATOR AND CONGRESS.


MR. FRANCO'S SUMMONS IS SIGNED BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN JESS FRANCO, BUT, THE REVENUE OFFICER ID NO. IS THE SAME i.e. "95-02939". THIS IS OBVIOUSLY ABUSIVE, FRAUDULENT&AND UNAUTHORIZED BEHAVIOR.&
