As I see it the "work" is to overcome the presumption, with valid "evidence of record"&that the alleged assessment is valid.
Fact: any assessment in a Fed. or State action is "presumed" valid. It makes not one bit of difference if is in fact valid (no, there are never any valid assessments that I am aware of), as the presumption of law in a court of fictions has the status of what I might label an "assessment nisi".
Nisi- unless: the word is often affixed as a kind of elliptical expression, to the words "rule, order,decree,judgement,confirmation": to indicate that the adjudication process spoken of is one which is to stand as valid and operative unless the party affected by it shall appear and show cause against it or take some other step to avoid (motion to vacate a&void judgement?) ot to procure its revocation. So, in the adjudication process (court hearing, quasi-judicial in nature, at best, purely administrative most likely) what happens is that if the "defendant" does not accept the responsibility of presenting evidence (in a way that the tribunal will "see" and take notice of) that the prima facie evidence presented by the plantiff (the in-valid assessment) is in-sufficent in law to impose a liability, than it is taken "accepted"&as sufficent evidence to impose a liability and the court "declares" ("authenticates") the liability. Such a declaration could be termed a "confirmation nisi".&Once that happens the fact that the assessment was not "lawful" is irrelevant. The effect is that it was valid, it is as good as it needs to be. Youre liable because you did not know how to defend yourself in the public commercial venue.
My personal suggestion is to learn how to stay in the private venue and to learn to handle all of your affairs privately, and as one of&"honor".&As the Master said, if you have a dispute with your brother, go and make peace with your brother quickly. If you dont you will be brought before the "magistrate" and no one wins there, except the magistrate and the king.&(the mag. is the agent of the king, so the king wins by the efforts of his agent)
Remember, the Master, the Christ,&was a Jew, and the Jews were in slavery to the Romans, to Ceaser. The commercial system and the legal system in effect today has clear, distinct, and direct roots in that very Roman system (of course it has evolved, morphed)
The question is: Can you see, and know, that the one "accusing" you, even accusing you un-justly, is your&brother. Can you "love your enemies"?. Very few can, or do. Its a high calling. Simple (just a choice)&but by no means easy.
& Its all by the rules. You just need to know the rules. Its about learning and accepting responsibility. With freedom always comes responsibiltiy. Are you responsibility to be free? More pointedly, are you able to handle the responsibility imposed upon you in the current "justice system"?
What? You say the system is not "just", there is no "justice". Well "duh". Thats how it is. What is, is. Its all been foretold. Prophecy is fulfilled. No, its not right you say.&Well "duh". Thats stating the obvious. Accept that what is is and decide what to do about it. Individually and collectively. To the extent that one is caught in anger and/or righteous indignation about what is, is to the extent that that one is, in effect, giving thier power away. Allowing others to control you by munipulating you through your emotions (e-motion, energy in motion) To the very masters who are doing the enslaving. That my friends is self perpetuating the slave system. (my humble opinion)
The "problem" is that you thought you were playing football, so to speak, on a football field&( football= search for truth, and the facts really matter. football field= constitutional courts of judicial due process of law) when you were really playing baseball on a baseball field (baseball= truth does not matter, and the facts&might just as well be on&the moon, baseball field= administrative, legislatively created, territorial courts of summary justice, proceeding as in the nature of military emergency rule&tribunals)&
If remedy is to be had one needs to know&where they are,&"down the rabbit hole", and proceed from that knowing. It is a time/space matrix&mind-****. The question is: are you one that can live with the truth that the "red pill" reveals and learn functional and effective methods of interfacing with what is a dark, and&to my mind inherently evil&system.
