Re:REQUEST FOR TAX RETURN

The reason you must decide whether the law requires you to file a tax return is because they think they have everyone bamboozled into thinking there is such a law... when in fact - TITLE 26 WAS REPEALED - and there are no laws the IRS lawfully operates under.& For more info&see:

Re:REQUEST FOR TAX RETURN

Dear IRS Agent:

I am in receipt of your Notice CP-515. In order to help you resolve this matter as quickly as possible, I submit the following:

Article. VI.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any state to the Contrary notwithstanding.

U.S. Constitution: Fourth Amendment

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

U.S. Constitution: Fifth Amendment

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

U.S. Constitution: Sixth Amendment

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

U.S. Constitution: Seventh Amendment

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

&U.S. Constitution: Thirteenth Amendment

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

U.S. Constitution: Sixteenth Amendment

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

Dear Mr. Agent: Please note this tax is on "incomes," not "federal adjusted gross income." Thank you.

If I may be of further assistance, please contact me within 30 days. If I don't hear from you, I will consider the matter closed.

Randy

REQUEST FOR TAX RETURN

Hello All,

I am now searching for experiences responding to the IRS "Letter"--LTR2269C. The one that says..."Our records show you had income of $$$$ during 2000 from wages.....Please complete the enclosed Form 1040 and send it with your check for the amount you owe......

I haven't filed a return since 1997.

I've heard of filing "Affidavits" instead of 1040s, but have no info in that area.

I would very much appreciate any input one would be willing to offer.

Thank you.......Pam

REQUEST FOR TAX RETURN

You might want to go to the Taxation forum on this site. There are quite a bit of info on dealing with tax agencies like the IRS and FTB and other tax agencies.

REQUEST FOR TAX RETURN

[b]Husky,

I have been researching income tax avoidance for almost 2 years now,

& sovereign citizenship issues since this january.

I have recently found the most reasonable position at

a yahoo group called law work.

1. You first need to understand who you are & who you are NOT(Identity)

2. Then you need to see what the difference is between the two(Diversity)

First off find out the statutory definition of

"United States",

Why you are NOT a "U.S. Citizen",

NOT a USPerson

NOT an Individual,

Or a Taxpayer

After you grasp these concepts of Identity & Diversity,

you will understand lawwork's first draft to be sent to the IRS concerning their jurisdiction, venue, etc...

After that , knowledge of PROPER COURT PROCEDURES IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, which I am a newbie at but am using SJ & lawwork to get it down.

Maybe I'll catch up with the Iceman one day.
