Basing 861 as a foundation for an alleged "income" "tax" is like trying to build a house on a roof shingle.
One is already assuming that they are subject to code & that they have received some other kind of "income" as defined by the IRS.
The more important aspect is that it only applies to UNITED STATES CITIZENS.
It is necessary to diligently pursue some form of status correction or to demonstrate some form of a publicly recorded declaration of your native nationality respective to your state's geographical boundaries and noticed to the proper authorities as a FOUNDATION in order to have STANDING in court as a dejure state national.
Asset Protection is NUMERO UNO, though.

Yup, she didn't have to wear such form fitting attire. Didn't Larken think that that outfit coulda been a distraction in the least?
At times, instead of thinking 26 USC 861, I was thinking 40-D

When a statute, code, or court holding changes tomorrow, does reality change? Does truth change? Does right and wrong change?
If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

I have a question about this case -- did the IRS file notice with the district court? Is it being tried in an "Admiralty" court?
