ah, tax-truth at last

just as conjecture, 'cuz i don't really know, you'd have to be "the owner" of the "property" to update the land patent on a timeshare.& if you are "renting" the "time," and not the actual property owner, then i'd say you couldn't.& also, there's the question of the other "owners."& i'd bet all of the "owners" would have to update the land patent in order for it to be valid.
