Levy on SS Benefit
Social Security Benefits Levy Title 42 Chap. 7 Subch. II Sec 407 Prohibits Levy on ss Benefits Also IRC (26 USC 6334 (c) ALLOWS benefits to be garnished to collect IRS claims of unpaid Federal Taxes. Is Title 26 Positive Law.

Public Law 104- 134 (Levy on SS Benefits)
Page 3 0f Public Law 104-134. Does this Permit levy ons SS Benefits. I'm still trying to give my Congressman ammo to combat a potential Levy. This law is dated April 26, 1996.
