Release of Fed Tax Lien

Here's something interesting. This is a link to a scanned IRS document stating that they must release a lien on payment, even if it is by bond. This ties in with the bonds that Rice's group uses:

Note: It states "... when WE ACCEPT a bond... "


They can always refuse it.

I sent IRS a copy of my&UCC-1/indemnity BOND to release the $26,000 lien they now have&on my credit report, and&they never responded.& They never responded to my request for a hearing either, and as long as they hold the lien, they will try to levy again when the opportunity arises.&
