ah, tax-truth at last

Well, I think we all pretty much agree that tax-agents are dumbasses. Now we know why. They really are, by definition, "dummies."<FONT face=Tahoma size=2>

</FONT><FONT size=2>Chapter 7. Examination Returns Control System (ERCS)</FONT><FONT size=2>Section 2. Security</FONT>&</H2>
<H3><FONT size=2>4.7.2.5.5 (10-01-2003)
"Dummy" Employees </FONT></H3>
<H3><FONT size=2>1."Dummy" or phantom employees are nonexistent employees that were created locally in the past for a variety of reasons. Some of the reasons they were used was to monitor in-transit cases, monitor unassigned cases, monitor claims, control "transitional " manager's inventory, etc. </FONT></H3>

I hate agents more than Yosemite Sam hates wabbits!

I guess we shouldn't be surprised, right? An "agency" that treats "real" people like "artifical persons" should have no problems creating "artificial persons" to deal with those&"artificial persons."

I can hear Charleton Heston, screaming:

"Soylent green is people!"

Okay, so you have a plat for this guy.

Has anyone ever thought about getting a Land Patent on someone else's plot? I mean, as long as no one contests it, you'd own the land they live on.

See where I'm going with this? While you are at it, copyright their all-caps name and charge them a usage every time they use it.

I think you have to be able to show some sort of inheritance rights to the land before you could pull the land patent forward.& But if there never has been a land patent...........

Cmon Rushpat. Why put words in my mouth? I'd try to protect you by being discretionary, and I didn't "say" that.

Now that I have that disclaimer out of the way, I have received agent mail from another guy in the same county. How neat.

i'm pretty certain you can't&update the&land patent on land to which you have no assertable rights.& i remember hearing or reading about some lady who tried that and wound up in jail.

also, as that person's name belongs to him, you can't copyright/trademark that either.& otherwise BB would have done that to all of us long ago.& even they have rules they won't break!

good ideas though!

reminds me of a story that ms. joy shared with "us" regarding two plots of land sublet by a farmer...the neighbor had a rooster who crowed @ 5 AM...the other neighbor (ms. joy) bought the second plot from the farmer &amp; told the not-so-nice neighbor to get rid of the rooster or move...

So one cannot update the land patent on say, a timeshare interest? ;)
