Which Tax form

I am getting a new job and do not know which form to file. They will present me with a w-4 which I know is incorrect. I always thought the w-8 but am not sure anymore. Can anyone help me. Also if it is still w-8 where can I get it? Will need by 6-5-2004 so any help would be appreciated
