NOTICE CP-518

THE IRS TOTALLY IGNORED MY RESPONSE TO THEIR PREVIOUS CP-515. YOU KNOW, THE ONE WHERE I REQUESTED PROOF THAT I WAS REQUIRED TO FILE A 1040.

THEY NOW SENT ME A CP-518 NOTICE. IT'S BASICALLY THE SAME NOTICE BUT NOW THEY'RE NOT REQUESTING FOR MY TAX RETURN. THEY'RE TELLING ME THAT MY TAX RETURN IS OVERDUE AND I SHOULD PAY IN FULL ANY TAX DUE.....BLAH,........BLAH...BLAH...

IT'S AMAZING HOW THEY DIDN'T EVEN MENTION RECEIPT OF MY CERTIFIED RESPONSE LETTER TO THEIR CP-515.

ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO RESPONSE TO THIS CP-518?

NOTICE CP-518

I used to take the same approach by citing code sections, requesting their authority & delegation of it, FOIA requests, decoding my master file,etc..... Until I discovered that my name in all CAPITAL LETTERS is a constructive trust title.

Any stipulation they may send & you respond to it with what you think, you are admitting that you are JOHN DOE while you are really John Doe, the flesh and blood human. So no matter how right you may be in your response, you have agreed to be roped into their venue.

The word "United States" is defined as the District of Colombia in 26USC7701. The following words "person"; "citizen";"individual" all refer to federally chartered corporate trusts. (go to famguardian.org link to taxfreedom-forms & instructions-cites by topic-SCROLL to U.S citizen & U.S. person to really understand this.

There are ONLY 2 ways you can respond :Honor or Dishonor

Within Honor you fully accept or conditionally accept

Within Dishonor you argue(citing code sections, etc...) or remain silent

By honoring their contract, you are now in control of it & prevent any re-negotiation on their end.

Study how to draft conditional acceptances with an affidavit in support

and keep them at bay.

I Have repented of the Irwin Schiff arguing method & am now studying the redemption process set up by the Lord Jesus Christ. One of His vessels is a man named Rice McCleod(www.beam.to/redemption), a woman named Victoria Joy(angelwiththeinkwell.org) & Jack Smith of Right Way Law.

One must never argue, nor defame. The Name Copyright is also most important when any response/non confrontational reply is tendered. All of us here's, mutual friend, JHD, has a website, one may wish to aquire this release:

One may also wish to visit, and subscribe to the Topica list at:

Narrowing down the pro's and con's associated with one's sovernignty, one's position in all matters associated with the dealings of the corrupt and criminal measures of todays "legal system" helps to fortify and strengthen all of "us" as we, as one test the fires of slavery.

This is a great venue, forum, and medium for the truth. It's up to all of us to stop the slander, bickering, and blame. "We" are the flower, "they" (all gov, etc) are the thorn. It's time to cast aside the spasams that so frequently disrupt, and find a way to grow and enjoin.

For if "we" don't, trust and empithay will be lost forever.

Do what you can, help who will be trusted, talk to who will listen, and never argue, while staying in Honor!!

NOTICE CP-518

PJT04,

You should count on almost always having your responses "ignored." But don't despair...

In addition to the values already provided in prior responses to your post I’ll add this one which I’ve found more effective and much simpler than most of the above. However, frequently the above methods, especially conditional acceptance, is a very useful tool whenever anything needs to be written:

The first step in every communication is acceptance of title. When someone calls you by name or addresses you, do you accept the call as addressed to you, or do you not? If a call is addressed to another, how do you react? Especially, how do you react if the addressing party insists in acting as if you are the party addressed? Do you finally give in? Do you submit under the pressure of the addressing party?

The all caps mail addressed to JOHN HENRY DOE arrives in your mailbox. Is the mail addressed to you or to another? If addressed to another what do you do?

If you do nothing, does the addressing party, the USPS & co., i.e. US Inc., and their cohorts, have reason to act on the presumption that the mail has not only been delivered, but also received? They do, don’t they?

If you open the mail and send them a conditional acceptance, does the addressing party and their agents have a basis for believing that you have received and opened the mail? They do, don’t they? Nevertheless, the particular wording within your conditional acceptance may be powerful to remove the presumption. Your conditional acceptance could be in reference to a former resident at your mailbox, could it not? Thus the strength of the presumption depends on the exact words being used…

Now, suppose you simply cross out the address on the mail and write across the face of the mail the word “undeliverable,” and then give the piece of mail back to the USPS. Have you not then effectively removed the presumption of the addressing party? You have, have you not? Look up the entries “Delivery,” “Misdelivery,” and “Dead letter” in Blacks 6th to grow more fully into the essence of this procedure. I have used this method myself for many months, perhaps a year now, and I’ve found it mighty effective, especially when I do so ASAP upon delivery - and preferably within the 72 hour “Federal Window.” Yet, there’s an even simpler and more effective procedure…

Remove your mailbox such that there exist no U.S. “address,” i.e. “a dress,” that fits you! The effect is that you no longer can be presumed to be dressed in a U.S. uniform/address. Do you see that? What will happen then to any mail addressed to a U.S. person but which cannot be delivered due to lack of a properly labeled box where such mail can be delivered? The USPS are bound to return all such mail to the sender, are they not? And they do! The senders can then keep fishing as long as they care to, but I’ve found that those that are ‘internal’ to the system, most especially the ‘Internal’ Revenue agents, will soon move to deeper waters where they can find bigger fish… And so far I’ve seen no attempts to contact me at an address evidencing that I’m outside of their system, i.e. at “c/o General Delivery.”

Do with it what you will! It really isn’t that bad to call the USPS - to check for General Delivery mail - every once in a blue moon. I don’t see much mail being delivered to me any more. And, as before, I am free to receive any mail or not to receive it. And I do exercise my choice freely.
