A bit of a Quandry

Hi all, well it's been determined by the uneducated employer (Corporation/not within the Jurisdiction of the "Federal Zone") whom I exchange labor/time for "pay" (not income or wages), that they will be using an outside entity to process "payroll". They are requesting a new W4 / permission to identify one as a slave/ argeement. So, I have many avenues to select from, including this one that perhaps may be new to you all:

www.jondavis.net/taxes/Form_W4ALT_2004.pdf

Yet the possibility of this entity forwarding this on may result in a "false document" penalty, and a letter to withhold at S/0.

So yet more options are available, such as the WTP #1 form, which is more of an Affidavit than an official "form".

Other avenues?? Ideas?? Non-"legal" advice??

P.S. did a quick search here first, yet still a bit undecided.

A bit of a Quandry

Well, had a meeting with the owner and CPA today re my position on submitting an illegal document (the W-4 Allowance Certificate.) I printed off and provided a huge stack of evidence,(from The Supreme Law Firm, and some stuff from WTP/Schulz's site) including (2) different AFFIDAVIT IN LIEU.(Didn't sign them, just printed for refrence) As expected, they were concerned about a run in with the illegal fiction we all like so very much.

Stories of "we know people who've attempted this and that", "we're liable", "no matter what the law says, it's how a court/judge interpets it", If I've gotten another's (lawyers) advice, etc.

Was even offered a "raise" (bribe) to fill out and provide a W-4 w/ 9exm or "exempt" (knowing they would have to send that in). I indicated that I couldn't voluntary fill out that form knowing it was an illegal form,

and is to be used exclusivley by those required to.

So the CPA is going to look over the info and advise the owner (from the stand point of a "tax professional".) The brainwashing is deep, as the owner is a former CPA, and doesn't really like how much he is paying in taxes, but likes the "benefits"...like I said DEEP!

Well guess that's it for now...2nd Salvo ideas?
