Form 1041- Does it work or is it a hoax
There is a guy who prepares 1041 returns for people and says that you will get ALL money that was withheld from you for that last 3 years. He says that you file this form as the Secured Party for the STRAW MAN. I didn't check up on him though to see if he is full of it or not.



Does anyone here know anything about this?
