Hansen Injunction issued

http://www.cheatingfrenzy.com/hanseninj.pdf

Absent a Quixotic string of appeals, Hansen has lost.

He seems to have taken it rather personally -- I'm "temporarily" suspended from access to his forums until 3/19/2020.

It will be interesting to see if he obeys the injunction, disobeys it and faces criminal contempt, or runs to Canada.

Any bets?

My bet is on Canada.

It's been the haven of choice for cheats and cowards since Vietnam.

Maybe not Canada. It's taken to throwing back the troublemakers, such as David Wynn Miller.

Panama seems to be the ticket these days

They both rhyme, to boot

M. JAMES LORENZ needs to go piss up a rope. (or)

I'd help Chris tomorrow if he needed help marketing his wares.

Anyone that knows him, let him know.

Course, I haven't entered their jurisdiction, so I can do that.

Ah! I knew he was making a mistake by trying to sell the information (through the ministry he set up). Before that, when he was just giving the info away, they didn't have anything on him.

One of the many rules of avoiding problems with the IRS is: don't sell anything... that can be an open door to "tax shelter" arguments.

Hansen's site has long been a bookmark of mine. Does he have any options, such as starting a new site?

Looks like Chris may be in Canada. If he is, judging from the latest acquittal there for tax evasion, he may do much better there than here. There is no way they can force him to pull his site down and if they can he will just put it up again so it cannot be touched. If I was Chris I would either go to Canada or Panama. Preferably Panama as there is no treaty with Panama and the US regarding returning people to the US for so-called "tax" crimes that I know of.
