Thanks for the post DW.

I am certainly no attorn-ey, but I gotta tell ya I like that motion for arrest of judgment and to dimiss indictment. That is a nice piece of work. I guess time will tell if it has the desired effect. Looks to me like Blackstock should never have been convicted based on the PRA. Now let's see if the "judge" agrees.

Can't say this isn't a HOT TOPIC on that we all can agree! I've the evidence...look at the two threads.

You determine who you are, not I.

I just want to know who the big time liars are, for everyone is a liar. Is it the takers or is it those being persecuted for seeking freedom.

Okay, this has gone on for 9 pages and has become a battle of wits between Demo & Merrill. The thread started out with the PRA and it's aspects.

Free Indeed is going ot have to start a new page on PRA. If it starts to turn into another off-point pissing match, the thread will stay alive, but posts will majically disappear
