Thumbs down Re: Lawrence/PRA a wild idea.

IRS/DOJ dropped the criminal charges against Lawrence claiming a math error.

What about civil?

As I understand it, a person may report another for income tax evasion and can collect a reward.

Should Lawrence wish to continue his PRA run at the IRS would it be possible for him to ask a 'friend' to turn him in to the IRS?

Well, I think going after Lawrence with civil action would still end up before a jury. I do not think the IRS wants to go there. I do not believe for a minute the dismissal was for math errors and anyone that thinks that really needs to look closer.

For those interested, Lindsey's video on his website (www.penaltyprotester.org) addresses all the violations that regard the "1040." I believe there are about 15 of them.

Might you, Questionmark_Y be talking about the awards listed below?

Monetary Awards
The Internal Revenue Manual, Handbook of Delegation Orders, January 17, 1983, page 1229-91, outlines the alleged Internal Revenue Service's system of monetary awards "of up to and including $5,000 for any one individual employee or group of employees in his/her immediate office, including field employees engaged in National Office projects; and contributions of employees of other Government agencies and armed forces members" with the approval of the Deputy Commissioner, "of $5,001 to $10,000 for any one individual or group" with approval of the Deputy Commissioner, "of $10,001 - $25,000 for any one individual or group" with the Commissioner's concurrence, "an additional monetary award of $10,000 (total $35,000) to the President through Treasury and OPM" with the Commissioner's concurrence.
Legal Bribery
These awards include cash awards. They are not limited as to the number that may be awarded to any one person or group. There is no time limitation placed upon any award. Any person or group of persons can be awarded this money, including U.S. Attorneys, Federal Judges, your Certified Public Accountant, the President of the United States, members of Congress, your mother, H&R Block, etc. The awards may be given to the same person or group, each minute, each hour, every day, every week, every month, every year, or not at all. In other words, the U.S. Government and the alleged Internal Revenue Service, aka Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, has a perfectly legal system of bribery. The bribery works against the Citizens of the several States of the United States of America.

Thumbs down The unfairness of the "Income Tax"

When we buy gas for our car we all pay a fixed tax per gallon.

If you knew that the "Gas Revenue Service" (GRS) allowed another person to 'skate' by without paying their fair share of GFS taxes, you would certainly not like it.

Why should you pay and not them?

In the Lawrence case, the IRS has publically stated that he has not paid his 'fair share'. The GRS would not allow it to happen, why can the IRS allow it?

This story illustrates how unfair and how unbalanced the "Income Tax" is.

One person pays 100% and the other 0%?

Something smells rotten.

Someone Define “FAIR” please

“While all types of taxes harm economic growth, the income tax causes the most economic damage per-dollar-collected,” according to a letter signed by economists, including two in Tennessee.

Income taxes damage states' economies. A study prepared for Congress’ Joint Economic Committee by Ohio University Professor Richard Vedder determined from 1960-93, residents in states with flat or no income taxes saw personal income grow 25 percent faster than those in states with “progressive” rates.

According to a new report on state fiscal crises from the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), “States without broad-based personal income taxes grow faster and create more jobs than states that do tax income. Researchers have found that the income tax is the most economically destructive revenue source for a state to choose.”

Rotton?

“He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the Tenure of their Offices, and the Amount and Payment of their Salaries.”

“He has erected a Multitude of new Offices, and sent hither Swarms of Officers to harass our People, and eat out their Substance.”

“He has combined with others to subject us to a Jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our Law; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

And the above, below "Rotton", are just a few quotes from The Declaration of Independence. I hope someone still believes.
