Irwin called and asked his students to help him with his cases. Whatever you think might help him, print it out and send it to him. He looks forward to receiving and reading all of your notes, post cards and letters. Although he is unable to answer all, He really enjoys reading your correspondences. They keep him going. Please also send him positive and enlightening messages. He really got a thrill out of reading about Aaron's movie and the overwhelming reception it got at all the showings. He said he "can't wait to see it!" Every time he calls, he asks about it. It's good to hear him with his spirits up.

He mentioned that he is concerned about being able to communicate with Cindy (over in AZ) as she is a party to the Injunction case and they need to prepare for it. He is hoping to be able to send and receive documents to her. We shall see how that pans out. I figure if he is unable to communicate with her, that might constitute as NO DUE PROCESS. But that's me, and I'm no lawyer.

I heard that Cindy was reprimanded for using the phone to call a fellow inmates Mother. Now, she can't make any calls for 120 days, but she is appealing that decision. (I swear, the more I hear and see, the more I know that we have a sick and twisted government). Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Cindy appreciates your cards and letter too, so send send send.

Oh! I almost forgot the best part! Irwin said to check out his web site www.paynoincometax.com and keep checking from now on as he is making all of his works (yes I said all) available on his web site for FREE and he encourages you all to disseminate it and post it to your web sites. The government cannot charge Irwin with commercial speech anymore. "The Federal Mafia" and Irwin's other materials are now free to all. You can still purchase hard copies of his books from Irwin's web site via Peymon and at book stores like Barnes & Noble and Amazon and eBay and all the rest. But Irwin aint selling them. It will be interesting to see how "they" handle this.

Again, the one important factor you are not recognizing, due to you not paying attention to what is being said, is the fact that he uses the words "honestly expressed". This honest expression of the will of the people cannot happen when high dollar lobbyists receive priority attention than does the concerns of the tax-payers. In my opinion, that type of influence, constitutes bribery and creates a vested interest in the welfare of the corporation.

The people are really good at honest expression. They vote for incumbents (they don't like change), they clamor for welfare programs (national healthcare, Social Security, and so on), and they don't mind loss of personal freedoms (or are you not watching the news this week about the change in rules to get on an airplan?) It isn't the lobbyists that control the biggest threat to our liberties, it's the American citizenry. It isn't lobbyists who back Social Security, and it certainly isn't lobbyists pushing to listen to our phone calls and screen out emails.

Blaming lobbyists is easy. Focusing on the real problem (American apathy) is not.
