I cannot speak for the others, however, as for myself,,, You are correct.. I refuse to read the opinions of corporate members who are paid to uphold the corporation. If you care to read court decisions, then refer to the decisions made prior to the civil war... those would have been made by judges representing the people and not representing some fictitious entity known as the corporate United States.


As you pointed out, those decisions were made well after the time when the country was converted into a corporation and no longer represented the people.

You mean those rulings you posted which have no relevance to whether there is a law/regulation mandating one must have a SSN issue we've mentioned time, after time, after time......

She has admitted that no one is required to get a SS#.
Only in a police state could there be such a requirement. That being said, there are obligations tied to government benefits. If you want a bank account, employment with a corporation, drivers license, professional licence, etc. a SS# is required.

WHY IS THAT? I'LL TELL YOU!

The UNITED STATES, which consists of the ten square miles called the District of Columbia, has the authority, because of cancer cell purposely planted in the Constitution, to "exercise exclusive legislation in all case whatsoever". How do we fall under this tyranny? When we get a SS# we become naturalized citizens of the UNITED STATES.

The US Constitution is the most oppressive document ever devised by man.

There were two governments authorized by the constitution. One was given absolute tyrannical power.
1)The "United States". Congress' power to run Washington DC is unlimited. (Art.1, Sec.8, Cl. 17) The residents of Washington DC do not elect a congressman or a senator. This is called taxation without representation.
2)The "united States of America" is a limited republic of specified powers.

14th Amendment
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

How people became persons.
What were we before the 14th Amendment?
We were people who lived by God given rights or sovereign citizens of the state in which we were born or simply "Americans".
What are we after the 14th Amendment?
Citizens who live by government granted privledges or citizens of the government of the United States.

There are two ways to become a United States citizen.
1)To be born inside Washington DC.
or
2)Become a naturalized citizen by asking.

How can we become naturalized citizens?
By voluntarily accepting a Social Security card issued by the United States.

Once we become naturalized citizens of the United States we are subject to the jurisdiction thereof.
