[quote=David Merrill]That is what I was saying about REDCLOUD being an agent on another thread. Once you start filing you build a constructive trust where that legal name is basically the collection agent on the voluntary compliance premise that the Taxpayer does the original good faith tax liability assessment. REDCLOUD was saying your wife should just file a Return reporting zero income for herself. Even without a tax liability she would accrue a liability to continue filing in future years.
Of course by just Refusing for Cause the letter that invites trouble but the world is full of that anyway. If you and your wife were not up for what is right in what you call the taking system, you would have assigned the system's number to your children (like King David was chastized for by the way) and you would not be looking for advisement here. You would simply call up the HELP line of the IRS and get your advice.
I agree David. They will keep comming.
Demo so what you advocate is to give goverments (WHO HAVE ALL THE MONEY ANYWAY, Check out the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)) money with or with out any kind of number (account).
still ask (a) "Would you advise the youngster not to get a SS#? Would you promote SS# abstention?" Or (b) Are you a supporter of the taking system?

If a youngster doesn't need one, why would he get one? If he wants to get a job, he'll need to get one at that time.

There are believable reports that the hospital administratice staff will be quite coercive to new parents about SSN and birth certificate/bank bonding.

Again, that's your personal opinion.

As I have answered three times already, if a youngster isn't working, there's no reason to apply for a number. Is my answer unclear to you?
As for not needing a number to get a job, huffing and puffing on a website anout your legal acumen is one thing, but actually getting a job without an SSN is quite another.

Don't know about anyones legal acumen, but a young man received money based on what his work schedule would been after not having provided a social security number.

Exactly. Funny thing David, I did a search for it and one of the first results was by you on ecclesia.
Now, do you or, anyone else for that matter, really think Taco Bell(Pepsi Corp....I think) would just give money away, like that, if they had a case? Me, I don't think so.
Doesn't pass the smell test.
