Talking Negative Irs Avertment/ Mnchicago

Help:

Im preparing a negative avertment affadavit for someone and need a list of 10-20 questions to ask the irs on why he is liable to file a tax return.. if the irs can not answer these 10-20 questions i plan to have individiual put them into default.

Maybe Mnchicago has some insight on this.

Also please read my question about the $39 dollor LOR.
Im trying to determine if i should go to the cheap route and not have the county clerk sign the LOR, or if i need to go the expensive 350 route..?? and now david merril is saying the expensive route is even more than that that it cost an additional 150 for a procress server??

Just trying to determine the best course of action,, but yeah if someone has a good list of irs negative avertment questions , please fire away..

Here is my original post about the LOR

negative avertment

On whose behalf? wasnt the 350 supposed to care of all filing charges for the LOR? Service of summons? 150?
Im serving it registered mail to the presenter.. the clerk is not servicing anything, so why do they get another 150 tacked on?

And what is this business about 500 back to you?

I dont have a grand to be spending on "suitors"

Please explain the expensive route in further details
and then explain the cheaper route in more detail.
You were saying the best bet is just to open the 39 case jacket with the county clerk and just sign and put my personal stamp on...

here is your quote from earlier :

DM:The suitor is what you become by publishing a true judgment regardless of what JRB and Shoonra think of its validity - suitor=court of competent jurisdiction. Typically that including service is around $1K. $500 cash to me, $350 filing and maybe $150 for service of summons and publishing the default judgment at the county clerk and recorder etc.

You should understand the process simply teaches you to properly Refuse for Cause. If you want to R4C a presentment then you might open up an evidence repository for $39.

:You could do the LoR process for $39 but you will get the summons back with no USDC clerk signature. Sign and seal it yourself and proceed as the court of competent jurisdiction. Either way, do not expect anything from the courts of the US - even for the expensive trip.

Need the pros and cons of doing the cheap route and the expensive route. 150 service of summons, huh????

thanks bridge

Looks good bridge, firing this up on the barbecue as we speak, and someone just recently sent an additional 6 questions for the avertment.. looks like its time put the sauce on the burgers.

Looks like david is on vacation, let me know when he gets back from hawaii.

Talking Lor question for david.

whats the better procress. not just in terms of cost but a more effective remedy, simply filing the LOR jacket for 39 dollars and just putting your self-made summons in the repository and send a copy to the suitor.

Or is it better to pay the 350 civil suit and serve a summons that way........ Or is it not possible to send a suitor a summons without paying the clerk the 350,, why couldnt i just craft my own summons and send it to the suitor, is this the way around this? is it only when i try to get a clerk copy of a summons to send some one is when this charge comes into effect..

Like i said, not neccessarily wanting to go cheap or expensive but want the best way to set up my notorial protest and put someone into default

suitors

Basically, i guess what david is saying, is that you can publish your own homemade version of summons and default in your evidence repository for the cheap price of 39 dollars, but dont expect anyone to honor your judgement on a judicial level unless your willing to pay the 350 to have the county clerk put her stamp on your summons?

if your willing to invest the 350, then you can have a true bonafide published judgement, and not be further challenged on it res judicata(with predjudice)

mystic one:

I just saw your post from a few weeks ago. I do not come
here regularly anymore, so I missed your question.

I do not know what a negative avertment is, so I cannot
help you there. A lot of questions to pose to the IRS are
on another thread.

One has to be topic specific in responding to the IRS, so
I suggest looking through the thread to find any that may
pertain to your friend's circumstance.

I do not have the time or inclination to do the searching
for your friend when the work has already been presented.

A notarial protest does not involve a summons. Do a
google on "lex Luxor." Your first response may be
"Plain talk." Read that information.
