I do think that enough people are starting to wake up and question the present taxation system, that BB will do something. More and more quit filing every year, so now BB is going to have to find another way to get our money. It will be another scheme and scam, and may be harder to deal with than what we are now facing. But I am so tired of dealing with the IRS, and worrying about taxes, both state and federal. I have seen so many lives destroyed through huge tax debts that can never be repaid (and shouldn't have to be). Sometimes, I don't feel like there could be anything worse, and yet deep down inside I know that there is. I am basicly an optimistic person, and it is hard for me to "awfulize" how bad it could get.

It's going to get bad... and they are pushing to do it very soon. We might see it really start to kick in by the end of the next term (Bush's next term). If it begins any sooner than that... I'm outta here.

The Republican House is just frontin' or just too ignorant to realize that they have no control over this organization. It will only appear that it gets abolished, but will really morph into a worse Damien the Omen-type demon child with a 3 to 6 letter acronymn.

Seems like a "hot" thread, i'll toss this at ya all..will try to make it as short as possible: beginning first of July, Entity decides to "out source" payroll..demands new W-4 "allowance/permission" forms. Since I know I can't provide under penalty of perjury, draft an AFFIDAVIT OF EXEMPTION IN LUIE OF W-4,attaching pertinent info/law,etc. Submit AFFIDAVIT, Entity says he's "been advised" (by CPA), that no W-4, withhold @ S/0. (This without any "Order from a Court of Compenent Jurisdiction"), just decides to go ahead and disregard the AFFIDAVIT.



So here's a prime example of the depth of the brainwahing ...I do believe he / (the Entity and Person) is in some deep doo-doo here...not to mention the "third party" payroll Entity also.



Any thoughts appreciated...

D.C. cannot Constitutionally collect an income tax across the States of the Union except by way of apportionment. I also believe, and could be wrong on this one that is supposed to be only by consent of each state.

It just makes too much sense ! !

In order for them to do that Congress would actually have to budget how much is needed the next year & then calculate population percentages for each state, but that would mean they would actually have to be fiscally responsible - Wouldn't wanna do that.
