We live in California.

If one has to fill out a W4, how does one sign it when putting EXEMPT ??

How is the OMB No. 1115-0136, I9, "Employment Eligibility Verification" Immigration & Naturalization Service, U.S. Department of Justice signed??

I have heard there is a statement you put with one's signature.

Who can give me some assistance.

Thank you muchly

There are a few alternatives depending on your situation

I posted something <a href ="http://www.suijuris.net/main/suijuris/forum/viewtopic.php?forum=1&showtopic=2771&mode=&onlytop ic=&show=5&page=3">here</a> & rushpat correctly rebuked me.

There is no silver bullet for anything. You need to know the law first & use that to put the fear into the company's lawyers or accountants. How versed are you in this stuff? What do you know?
